Abdominal
muscles
An important part of getting your abs in shape with abdominal
exercises, is knowing what all the different abdominal
muscles are and what they do,

Abdominal workout
When you are working on getting your abdominals in shape it is
important to remember that you don’t need 100 abdominal
exercises to get your abs in shape, it only takes a handful of
abdominal exercises for you to work every part of the midsection and
make your abs look toned, and flat. There are lots of home abdominal
strengthening exercises which you can do to get your abs in shape.

Abdominal obliques workout
As well as working on your abdominal muscles you will also need to work
on exercising your Obliques. Working your internal obliques and
external obliques, will help you to tone your sides, and remove any
love handles you may have.
